Each Solution Suite includes professional development, equipment, and training materials. Due to the changing world of technology, Ohio Ed Techs reserve the right to substitute a product model of equal or greater value to the model(s) listed. TurningPoint Student Response Systems
	Greater participation, higher test scores, and improved assessment are just some of the benefits of using student response systems in the classroom.  This easy to use system works with PowerPoint to allow you to quickly gauge your students’ comprehension.  Create a collaborative classroom in minutes and engage your students in an entirely new way.

Digital Cameras for the Classroom
	Learn how to operate a digital camera and utilize many resources available on the Internet for digital imaging. Participants will gain knowledge of the basic digital camera operation, receive information to help take great photos, and become familiar with basic editing tools, organization tools and sharing options. Course includes one, three hour training session for three participants and a class set of Canon PowerShot A590IS 8MP digital cameras with 4x optical image stabilized zoom, camera bags, and 1 GB memory cards.

		$4,975 - includes class set of 15 Canon digital camera, bag, and 1 GB memory card AND one, three hour training session for three participants. (Please add $100 for each additional participant.)
Intro to Flip Video
	Forget tapes, forget cords, forget charging.  The Flip Video camera is advertised as the "simplest camcorder in the world," and it fits in your pocket!  The Flip Mino Video camera will record up to 60 minutes of video.  This video camera is a perfect choice for students to use easily in the classroom.  Start creating videos with your flip video camera today!

Airliner by SMART Technologies
	With the Airliner slate you can interact wirelessly with your SMARTBoard brand interactive whiteboard from 52 feet away.  The battery-free tethered pen lets you control any software application, write notes, and highlight information in digital ink.  SMART's Airliner wireless slate enables you to teach from anywhere and allows students to interact with information from their seats.

Intro to iPods
	Explore the creative ways in which educators (and students) are using podcasts to enhance classroom instruction.  During this course, we will focus on finding free content to supplement your curriculum and getting the content onto your iPod.
	Cost:
		$3,040 - includes class set of 15 8 GB iPod Nanos, 15 iPod voice recorders, and 1 AV Cable AND one, three hour training session for three participants. (Please add $100 for each additional participant.)
An iPod Touch, the Internet, and You
	Since the introduction of the iPod Touch, mobile computing has never been the same.  The Touch's Safari browser has put the power of the Internet in the palm of our hands.  During this session, participants will learn how to use an iPod Touch, browse the web with Safari, add iPod apps, and even checkout the App Store.  We will also discuss classroom activities that can be implemented using the Touch.  Get ready to learn how this device can change the way you teach and your students learn.

		$4825 - includes class set of 15 16 GB iPod Touches, 15 $15 iTunes gift cards, AND one, three hour training session for three participants. (Please add $100 for each additional participant.)

Intro to the Elmo Document Camera
	Instantly transform any object into digital content!  The Elmo Document Camera allows you to create a spontaneous and dynamic learning environment in your classroom.  Attendees will learn how to use the document camera as well as ways it can enrich your lessons.

Geocaching with GPS
	Everyone loves a treasure hunt! Use the technology of GPS units and the fun of hide and seek to teach about satellites, directions, map skills, natural wonders and more. We will learn how to use the GPS and explore the limitless possibilities for incorporating GPS into lessons.

		$2,320 - includes 15 Garmin eTrex Venture AND one, three hour training session for two participants. (Please add $100 for each additional participant.)
